Carolyn has been a resident of Kentucky since 1991 with 38 years of experience in occupational therapy. Working with Horn and Associates since 1999, Carolyn has a passion for helping individuals and families overcome obstacles to promote independence within their desired daily routines. Educational experiences have focused on cognitive rehabilitation, neuromuscular re-education, sensory processing, myofascial treatment, and Interactive Metronome. Carolyn is also trained in Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration methods for Dynamic and Postural Reflex Integration, Lifelong Reflexes, Visual Auditory Protocol, and Tactile Integration.
Carolyn has worked in a variety of settings in NC, NJ, FL, and KY with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and challenges. Her current focus of practice addresses neurological disorders, brain injuries, and health and wellness for optimal engagement in self-care, work, and avocational activities.
