Nancy is originally from New Jersey and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics with a minor in Social Welfare from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. She worked for the New Jersey Department of Labor and Industry in employment services and vocational rehabilitation until moving with her husband to Lexington, Kentucky. She earned a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation at the University of Kentucky before joining Horn and Associates in 1997. Nancy is a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor and also holds a national certification in case management. She has worked with children and adults with a variety of disabilities. She has worked with the First Steps program, coordinates interdisciplinary assessments for schools, performs vocational assessments, and provides vocational counseling. She also completed training in life care plan development for persons with catastrophic injuries. She has fifteen years of experience working with adults with brain injuries and their families. She currently provides private case management services.
