Heather has been working with Horn and Associates since 2008 as a pediatric occupational therapist. Originally from Pikeville, Kentucky, Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Physiology from Morehead State University. After practicing as an exercise physiologist with special populations for several years, Heather returned to school and earned her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University. She is interested in working with the pediatric population, with an emphasis on sensory integration, visual therapy, and special considerations. Heather has taken many sensory integration courses, is certified in using the Interactive Metronome, and has begun studies with the Masgutova Method of Neurosensorimotor Reflex integration.
